How to Lose weight???? -

Please don t worry about looking like a model who has had access to plastic surgery, airbrushing and loads of makeup. Instead of making your body fit a mold, why not be more concerned with being healthy. Right now, no one could even answer your question anyway. We know nothing about your current shape or fitness level.

Jog on your tredmill at least 1/2 an hour each time you use it and the last 2-5 minutes run as fast as you can for the dumbells lay flat on your back on the floor with a bumbell in one hand take the dumbell and reach for the sky as high as you can with your back still on the floor and get up still reaching for the skies and stand up do this 25 times in each hand this works on abbs shoulders legs and thighs do whats called a russion twist it is a sit up but you twist at the top of the sit up do toe tuchers you lay on your back with your legs straigh in the air tuch your toes then touch your right hand to your left toe then left hand to your right toe then crunches bring your knees up keep them up and do a sit up touching your elbows to your knees then super crunches lay totaly flat on the floor put your hands on the back of your head at the same time bring your legs up so your knees hit your elbows at the same time on all of these get a breathing routine going when going up breathe in when going down breathe out normal sit ups slowly increase your workout evey weeak do 3 4 or even 5 more reps on your sit ups crunches etc.... but gradualy increase weight to the dumbells after your whole workout do push ups (drink caffine 1-2 hours before your workout caffine is known instead of takeing protien from your muscles it takes it from the caffine take your vitamins and get plenty of water an sleep)AFTER ALL YOUR WORKOUTS STRETCH THAT IS WHAT MAINLY BUILDS UP YOUR MUSCLE MASS

There are many things that you could do to look like those pictures. The first thing is, obviously loosing weight. If you want to get abs then I would recommend doing a lot of sit-ups. Also, eat healthy limit the amount of sugar, fat, and caffeine that you eat daily. I would also try using a weight loss program called NutriSystem. And maybe the Wiki How article will give you some ideas. The main factors are to exercise, (push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, etc). Try to walk a mile everyday for a start. Well, those would be celebrities, so the only way to look like them is to be anorexic. Or your just naturally built that way.To lose weight in a healthy way, I suggest watching what you eat and get involved in something. Maybe a triathlon? If not that, maybe just go for a run with one of your friends everyday. That way, your not alone. You have someone to talk to.

well i have lost a stone so see if this works its what i didyou need to use dumbells that are hard for you but not too hard because you will strain sweat out of you and i suggest a 1 mile jog everyday and then do 50situps,25 burpees(pushup position then bring youre knees up and jump up), 75 squathrusts (pushup position but 1 knee up and alternate youre knees when bringin them up) and 100 starjumps and cut out entirely all crisps and sweets and choclote or only a small amount

Go to the gym or buy some tapes and workout at home. Also, drink plenty of water 6-8 glasses per day or more. And only consume foods that are low in sugar and carbs. Try eating small meals throughout the day to keep hunger down. That helps too. Also do not eat after 7pm. That really helps!!! Night time eating is the WORST!!! Hope this helps. I lose 25 pounds doing this.Remember:Carbs and sugar puts the weight on.

hmm diet and excersize. just remember that those girls work extremely hard since they HAVE to stay thin.dont eat fatty foods, only drink water!!! very important.i stopped drinking soda and feel better and happier. oh and thinner loland excersize, alot.its very hard!! though, those girls dont just eat vegies every now and then and get on treadmile for 10 mintues and magiclaly get that. will power and determination are key.hope i helped-america

Ugh. I guess you re serious. First of all the girl in the second picture is attractive because of her face more so than because of her body.Also, you haven t told us anything about yourself. Weight? Height? Body fat percentage? Current diet? Calories? Type of foods you eat? Please give us some information.

You need to work out for atleast a half an hour at a time to lose weight,watch what you eat, stay away from suger and fatty foods, Eat atleast 4 fruits or vegies a day and then you should lose some weight.good luck!!

Stop holding yourself up to unrealistic expectations. You will need to do a lot of work to look like that...it will help if you have photoshop to airbrush your imperfections like these people do.

do sit ups(:That s what my mom does and in about 4 weeks she was starting to show she was getting abs!she does 50 each day but start of slow and work your way up don t over work you body!

its your whole life style a persone once told me if you wanna be the best you have to live like a monk no fast food pop suger you have to be total mind and body

Burn more calories than you intake and yes some weights is good for that extra curve.BTW your not working out enough...sweat more

No offense but I think you might need to work out a little more.....Like 3-4 days a weekEating healthy will help you lose some lbs too.

eat 1,000 calories a day and you ll lose weight without even working out.i did it and i lost 40 lbs.good luck

You need to lift weights. Doing a treadmill for 10 mins isn t much of a work out.Also watch what you are eating.
