Just burn more calories than you eat. Get on a treadmill or bike that tells you how many calories you ve burned and perform the exercise until you ve burned a sufficient amount of calories to lose weight. Do this daily until you ve reached your goal weight, than you just have to maintain the weight through exercise.

eat healthy low fat low sugar low carb foods...and excersise as much as you eat in 15-40 min sessionsdepending on what shape you are currently indrink more liquids and you will eat less..have natural sugars such as oranges and apples have lean meat... and avoid anything refinedstay away from pasta and breads unless they are whole wheat.. but sparingly still
