Alright im 5 9 145 lbs im 13 :p. Start doing.Leg lifts , push ups , situps , pull ups , cardio ( Jogging ) .Eat : Fish , MeatNo NO : Soda , energy drinks , pizza , candy , snacks etc.Drink : Milk , Orange juice.:] , good luck hope i helped .
If you just want to slim up then excersize more, and eat the same around your parents.
if you sleep in your own room by yourself then it will be easy, if you sleep with your door closed even better. all you have to do is set your alarm, a quiet one if you have that setting for quiet, for early in the morning before your parents wake up. and get down on the floor and do this.stretch your arms and tummy and legs before.then do 10-15 crunches or how many u feel like doingrest for 10-15 secondsthen do 10-15 push ups, either from your knees or your feet what ever u feel like u can do.then rest 10-15secondsthen do all those steps in that order 3-5 times.and instead of eating a sugary snack after school eat a fruit or veggy and at dinner eat what foods you think look low fat.and its ok to tell your mom that you want to eat healthier, but u dont have to say it that way just say u know mom next time you go to the grocery store could you pick me up some extra apples and extra vegitables, i dont really want that many snack cakes this time and she shouldnt think anything of it.
Yeah I get thy, me too. My biggest suggestion is hula hooping everyday. It ll help you slim down ALOT! I hula hoop everyday for about an hour or two, or when watching tv. It s a little tricky at first, but then you can get the hang of it. I also do twenty crunches about twice a week. And I ve stopped snacking, instead of snacking while watching tv, I hula hoop. kay don t go with the colon cleansing thing. Something tells me it s not gonna work that well. Just adjust your diet. Breakfast- a bowl of low calorie cereal and skim milk. (Special k with the berries. So good!) Lunch- A yogurt and granola (Light and fit apple turnover! Swoon.) Dinner- A salad or something light like chicken and rice. Dessert- If you MUST then you can have two cookies that are the normal cookie size. NOT oreos. The inside is all sugar. There are no milk products in them and they are vegan because of their lack of dairy products. Snack- an apple or celery. Now for the exercise portion Jog for thirty minutes a day. Do fifty star jumps. Do a hundred crunches. If you have a pool I would do a couple laps. If you really want to loose weight fast don t starve yourself. Your body goes into survival mode and everything that you eat gets turned into fat.
OK. I was in the exact same thing your in.1. don t go back for seconds on any meals.2. Skip coke and pepsi get water or gator aid.3. Dont put butter or sour cream on anything.4. Don t eat after 7 pm.5. When your in your room watching tv do some sit ups or just dance around until your show comes back on.Hope This helped!
