Just eat very little fat and lots of protein like chicken breasts. If your work is hard eat carbs like spagetti.
you lose weight by eating good and exercise. the key is calories burned calories taken in. you cant spot reduce fat in your midsection...you body burns fat wherever it decides to first. so working your abs like crazy might give you more muscle there, but it wont nesicarily reduce the fat there.
