There is no quick fix solution when it comes to being healthy and improving fitness. The best thing to stay fit and healthy is to change your lifestyle. This means eating a balanced diet of all the major food groups and eating nutritious foods. Also exercising is important. Joining a fun, new sports team or going walking everyday will help your endurance levels and help you build up muscle strength.You don t have to starve yourself and obsessively over exercise to be healthy because that isn t good for you at all.
