How to lose weight really really really REALLY fast? -

im not going to throw up my food or anything like that because i HATE throwing up, so could you pleasseee tell me some ways to lose weight. i know i should do cardio, but im wayyy lazy. like unbelievably. soooo yeah. thankss!

yes CARDIO excersise and healthy balanced diet...here s a good idea for those that are lazy, buy an excersise bike (use the bike if you re lazy) or tredmill and spend 45-60 mins on them every morning, while you re excersising watch a tv program or dvd that you like that lasts as long as your excersise and the time would fly by and you would be suprised how easy it is when you are entertained...i play football so i got to stay in shape and this advice was given to me by a gym instructor when i was going to the gym and trust me it really works....i do this every morning and night and i use both bikes and tredmills and my shape, health and stamina are quite great now. but if you are going to just sit on the bike and going at a blow average speed or using the tredmill and not walking or jogging fast enough, then i suggest you move the time up a bit and remember don t do more than you can handle.

Cut out fatty, high calorie foods and replace them with low calorie, low fat, high protein, high fiber foods. Next you have to exercise. Some how. Jog, walk, dance, ride a bike, swim, whatever. You just have to do cardiovascular exercise. Find a way to motivate yourself. Listen to your favorite music, do it with a friend so you can motivate each other, take a class so the instructor can motivate you, go to a night club with your friends even. Just get off your butt and exercise. Last, don t give up. You may not see results right away but they will come, and rest assured that even if you don t see results you are becoming healthier and will be able to lead a better life!
