How can a 14 year old girl lose weight in a healthy way? -

I am 14 years old and I m trying to lose weight, I am an over all active person i just don t know how to lose weight quickly, I am trying to tone my body for summer.

The solution is exercising and healthy diet.Swimming and jogging are perfect.For a diet: lots of fruits and vegetables. Also drink a lot of water and no food at night. Try to have your last meal at 6pm.

Ok well first you need to get a membership at the gym and go everyday!At the gym you will do....30 minutes on the stationary bike20 minutes on elliptical20 minutes running on treadmillmake sure to do a 5-10 minute cool down after!You need to eat right. Watch your calories eat what you need to get through the day instead of for fun. Think of food as survival.You need 1500 calorie intake in one day.For breakfast: 2-3 scrambled egg whitesFor Lunch: any salad with a low fat dressing(don t drown the salad)For dinner: Grilled fish or chicken with vegetableFor dessert: Angel food cake( this is non fat and has hardly any calories great dessert and it also comes in chocolate!!), frozen yogurt, or meringue cookiessnacks: munch on quakers rice cakes (they are actually really good even though they are rice cakes!!), fruit is always a good snack, original wheat thinsDrinks: Water, you may think that juice is a good option but juice has a lot of calories so stick to just water!!Hope this helps and good luck to you!
