Well it all comes with common sense and devotion to lose weight and keep it off, and every body responds differently. But your question gives me the idea you just have the trouble spots youd like to perfect. Cardio workouts (running, swimming, anything that gets your heart pumping and you sweating), try going to the gym and hitting the stair masters for your thighs. Don t get freaked out though if you find yourself gaining a few pounds in the process, muscle weighs more than fat.

Exercises-cardio is the best way as it will use the fat on your abs and thighs, also high rep resistance exercise in the 22-27 rep range. As for food light meat such as fish and poultry, watch sugar and fats and salt. The best advice is to get a personal trainer. I know it sounds like a ad, but as one myself i have seen many people be more committed when they have to be there vs when they go when they want and that turns into results, not to mention the trainers are knowledgeable in the ways to get to your goals and can make it enjoyable.
