You can t target one part of your body and say LOSE WEIGHT.. ONLY HERE. when you lose weight it s all over. Some people will start losing weight and notice it in their breasts or stomach or butt.. but it s not because it s targeted.. it s because your body is doing what it wants to do. 124 pounds is healthy for your height and age so please don t do anything drastic.

Eventually as you mature your face will slim as long as you keep a healthy active lifestyle.
You lose weight on your face when the rest of your body loses weight.I will say though that you are the weight you should be with that height.So if anything then just tone but dont go for straight weight loss.
