honey...tv has rotted your brain...you might have wanted to ask How do I tone-up but u surely don t need to loose weight...

you can look online for thigh machines. I have one that changes unto a couple of machines. it does the row like motion and the scissor motion inside then you can change to out side. high stepping can also help. have you tried doing a google search for thigh exercises or AOL has a lot of things in its health section.

I think you would find this website interesting and helpful. Its packed with information and resources on weight loss. You do not need to go on diet or gym. You could still eat your favourite foods and lose weight. http://www.healthalife.com

You do not need to lose any more weight. if u do u wont be healthy. n ur thies will still be the same. all u can do for them is just walk n run. thats pretty much it.

Daisy -you are almost underweight for your height.Definately do not lose weight.Losing weight is often loosing muscle. You need to get your body to make more muscle to burn any excess fat you have. Your weight may increase as you build muscle (muscle is more dense than fat), but you will loose the inches and your clothes will fit better.Be patient, women s bodies often take 3 months of regular excericse before the results will appear. Once they do, you will be amazed!

remember you are always looking at yourself with a more critical eye then others. So things you see as imperfections others may not. Try riding a bike or roller blading both are fun and things you can do with friends if you and your friends get together a couple times a week you ll be having so much fun you won t pay attention to your body and it will just melt away!

Diet and exercise!BTW: I agree, you shouldn t post pictures of yourself on-line. It s like few million people looking at you. Do you want that?

First off, your legs look fine!!! One of my legs is double both yours. If it s that big of a deal, do lunges while holding free weights. they ll work and you ll definately feel it the next day! :)
