Just start by eating healthy. Dont eat a lot of junk mostly try to eat 5 small meals instead of 3 and instead of sugary cereals have oatmeal or fresh fruit for breakfast and try for lunch salada and stuff like that. And just go for a walk everyday for about an hour or even every other day. Just by doing those i started losing weight.
try weight lifting, don t need to do with heavy weight.build mass and then you will get higher metabolismthe more muscle you have in your body the higher metabolism, that means you burn calories more when you rest/sleep.try to do full body exercises, such as squats, push-ups, chin-ups, core exercise, eat lot of vegetables and fruits daily don t forget drink plenty of water as well.
eat healthy, small portions 3 to 5 times a day, u dont have to run for an hour, run a slow jog for a half a mile and work ur self up to 2 miles or u can ride a bicycle
