How can i lose weight fast? -

Well I am 14 year old girl and I m 5 3 weighing 146 pounds I am desperate to lose weight fast and its coming to the point where I feel disgusted about myself and I m starting to want to be anorexic please help me

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Hiya hunniIm 14 too and Weight is pretty a big issue for girls now , Ive been on loads of diets and trust me,anorexia doesnt help.Im starting the rosemary conley GI hip and thigh plan today, Ive read the book through and it sounds good,You have 1400 calories a day mixed with toning exercises and within the first three weeks you can lose 10lb. Dam-it, when I was 14 I was outside skateboarding, jumping rope, playing football, and baseball. The only time I was in the house was for dinner or to sleep. I never once thought about losing weight, being desperate and disgusted, and I surely never considered anorexia. Wow, times have changed. I m still like that too. My advice is to get moving, physically. Go out and be a young girl, have some fun, don t get into drinking and drugs, and DO NOT use extreme measures like anorexia, jeeze!

what is must feel like to be a 14 year old girl again! lol!I have no idea what your life is like, how much physical activity you are at or what your eating habits are like so I dont really know how to answer this, but at your age, it will come off fast so dont worry about that. Since you are so young, I would say start running or jogging, eat your fruits and veggies, and whole grains, whole grains burn up FAST. drink lots of water, 146 pounds is not a lot, when I am that weight, I am really defined. Dont be so hard on yourself, you are young, just exercise as much as you can, it will be so easy for you unlike me, I got fat when I got a desk job, a drivers license, and a car, lol, not I am 27 and its hard for me so stop crying, lol.

1. dont bank on the words fast , easy , simple quick ....to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day...get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of cardio available and stick to all that you like3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss- fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.5. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio6. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal eating in advance)7. dont trust myths like no food after 7pm ...you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal... 8. Always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too...Stay focused on your goal and God bless you...

if you want to lose weight and keep it off it wont happen over night.exercise and eat only heathy food. drink plenty of water and green tea.dont starve yourself or do any drugs lol as it might help you lose weight put you will just put it all back on again and then more.

Simply drink 10-15 glasses of water a day. NO TO CARBONATED DRINKS. Do not eat spicy food. I have done this and I lose weight from 75kilos to 62kilos in 3 months.Cheer up!!!!! GOD BLESS THE CHILD!!!!!
