I need to lose weight FAST in 4 days.? -

I don t care if it s unhealthy, I need to lose weight within 4 days asap because it s a special event and I need to look like I lost weight...I don t care...just please tell me how people do it. Thank you very much.

I ve had an eating disorder for the last two years and something I do after a major binge is I eat only celery and drink green tea/diet dr. pepper. You can eat as much celery as you want without gaining any weight and it doesn t make you feel like your starving because you can constantly munch on something. The diet dr. pepper makes my stomach feel full for a little bit and the caffeine helps keep me going because I m lacking the boost from foods. If you stick to this for the next 4 days, you will definitely be tired but you could lose 3-5 pounds maybe even more depending on how much you weigh now. But the weight will come back when you start to eat normally.

go to wallmart a and get their colon cleanser for 10 dollars and their acai supplement for 8 dollars. it is a better product than the one this guy keeps linking to on here. take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. also gnc has some water tablets that will make u for a better word pee out the water. just make CERTAIN to drink 1 GALLON OF WATER FOR EVERY 100 POUNDS U WEIGH MINIMUM . this is very improtant. cut the carbs out for the 4 days and eat tuna with some mustard if u need some spice to it. do this ONLY FOR 4 DAYS. and don t do this more than 3 times a YEAR maximum.
