I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........Write down every thing you eattake a multivitamin at night
HappyJello pretty much hit the nail on the head. Cut out all junk food, alcohol and caffeine. Cut down on carbs but don t cut them out completely because that is dangerous. Start running, biking or swimming dude. Long endurance exercise burns fat rather than carbs. Start doing light weight training by using less weights and doing more reps. It will tone and firm and will help with the weight loss as well. Think active, eat well and think positive dude. Good luck
U need help? then read ALL. Ok, so I m starting the Special K diet this Monday, and I think it s great. Ok, so for Breakfast, u eat A bowl Of Special K cereal(everything is branded special k, btw) and some protein water, flavor of ur choice.Then For Lunch, u eat a protein bar. And for snack, u can eat a cereal bar.The For dinner, u eat whatever u would normally eat. But still drink either protein water, or water.Then for another snack, u can have another bowl of cereal.Now obiously, u have to like special k cereal, water, and protein bars, to go on this diet, and remember it s ALL branded special K. Here s a link, they ask u a couple questions, like which of these branded cereals do u like, and which type of drinks u like, and then with ur choises they make u 2 charts, first chart is 1st week, and 2nd chart is second week. They have it all planned out for u so that u don t have to repeat same meal in a day. U will loose minimum 6 pounds, in those 2 weeks, and that s a good amount. lose weight fast? well i was thinking about you maybe just grabing an knife and cutting pounds of your flesh off.And you know what? if that does work, i think your head weighs what? around 10 pounds in itself, maybe you should do the world a favour and just lop it right off, congradulations, you now weigh 123 pounds.
first of all screw all those fat loss pill junk. if you want to lose weight start lifting weights fat will turn into muscle substitute your meals with chicken breast it has no carbs hardly any fat and a lot of protein. i know what im talking about im 6 1 173 pounds of straight muscle i work out everyday i used to have the same problem as you when i was younger.
just eat healthy foods kinda like fasting and only eating fruits and vegetables for only like ten days and you will see a dramatic decrease in your weight
I wouldn t say losing weight fast is healthy. You probably heard that cutting back and exercising more is good. Drinking plenty of water and eating some green vegatables can help.
WHOA WHOA WHOA wait! You re perfectly healthy for your size and no you re not overweight, however if you want to lose weight despite what I said then eat lettuce, cucumber and celery.
drink alot of water and keep running track eat a good lunch and breakfast and a lite dinner and water with each meal and also try to take vitamins
im 22 and im at 130. only because i had twins 6 months ago, but your NOT FAT... who cares what people say. i personally think their jealous

Never, ever eat less than 1200 calories for a female, and 1500 calories for a male.
