if you have a treadmill you should run on that for about 40 minutes, if you don t do any sort of cardio for same extract time, drink about 6-7 cups of water a day or try too. don t eat after 7:00 you can snack something but make sure it s light. don t eat a lot of fattie foods either. like if you want an ice cream just get one scoop and that s it. keep yourself busy and you ll think less about food. also if you drink stay away from them! you ll get a beer belly, also try to drink green tea it ll boost your metabolism making you loose weight faster. my brother did the same thing for a month and he had a beer belly too! then he started to loose weight everyone noticed the difference. he looks really, really skinny now! i m not sure how much weight he lost but about 10-15? i think. what ever you do don t give up! :)
