Teh best way to do it is to speed up your etabolisim by eating 6 (yes six) small meals a day.... maing your dinner slightly lrger. This will make your metabolisim speed up. It all doesnt need to b super healthy but on th ehealthy side. The key is Small meals more often to trick your metabolisi...... Good luck!!! Its working for me
Eat your 3 meals as per usual but make sure it is healthy (fat free), fresh fruits and vegetable, lean meat.Exercise at a regular basis

Ok, here is what you do. Either skip every meal you possibly can before you pass out from hunger, if you manage to eat something, throw it up. Then do some stupid video workout every day for 4 hours or more. You will lose the weight fast, but it ll probably come back twice as bad or you d die from starvation or malnourishment.
