How to lose weight fast - im 13!!! HELP ME!!!? -

I really need 2 lose weight before i go on holiday - in 5 month! Please tell me some foods, excersises anything!!

Okay, start working out on a daily basis and have one deal of your choice per day, the rest of the day eat healthy food. Apples, oranges,grapes, pears etc. As well, get into some energy drinks, when you don t eat many meals during the day and have one of those you will be good for working out and staying alive. Take the bike to school, don t drive or get a drive anymore. Walk if you have to.

ok.. this really worksavoid ALL breads. pastas. grains. etc.dont eat ANY junk foodNO fast food.soo.. mostly eat meat and cheese and things with 5 or lesscarbs in themand drink ice cold water cus it helps burn fat.but you cant forget to excercise.this diet is fast.and the first time i did iti lost 5 pounds in 2 days - no jokebut mostly youll lose 5 pounds in a week every weekafter the first week.HAVE FUN!:-]

Reduce your carb intake, like breads and pastas and no sugar (or food or drinks with sugar) for a couple of weeks. I lost 5 pounds in a week doing this combined with exercise 3 days/wk. Started eating like I used to and gained 3 pounds back in two wks. but i m holding steady now.

you are the weight you are because you are still growing you prob dont even need to lose weight you are 13!

you are 13?dance,play sports and learn martial arts...avoid all fastfoods,junkfoods and sugary drinks

ride bikes up ahill etc.
