i feel the same way!but what i do, which i just started, is make up my own routine to follow everyday.i list 15 exersices to do and inbetween every 5 exersice i drink water.and you can also make up your own food diet.Exersices i do:jog around my backyard for 5 minslaunchesstretchescheerleading jumpsect.and to challenge yourself, time yourself.;] hope i helped.
