Any diet tips that are super easy to follow and help u lose weight FAST... -

hey! i have a hard time following diets and i really need to lose some major weight fast for various reasons. any response is greatly appreciated! And yes, I mean any response. Please also add if you or someone you know has done this before, and how well it worked out for them. =]

Breakfast: Yogurt.Lunch: Salad.Dinner: Chicken with veg.Snacks: Fruit.With this you will lose the weight quickly but heathily.Only drink water and run for 30 minutes a day.These might help aswell, there really good search them on youtube as yahoo won t let me post them :8 Minute Abs.8 Minute Legs.8 Minute Buns.8 Minute Arms.8 Minute Stretch. You could try cleansing your body of the toxins that are built up inside which will also rid of a lot of fat and water weight. Cleansing is healthy and is not a diet. well I have the answer,I have lost 18lbs 26in in 2mo. without any effort at all!!! I went to www.healthworldworks.com and order those products I ve been full of energy losing weight since I began using them. I wish I had found these products sooner. Stay away from soda pop, cut your fat intake and walk and walk and walk.I lost 60 lbs. in under 8 months.

just eat normal food what u eat now maybe try a little lessaway from junk food but everyday u could run for at least 30 to an hour let me know if it helps
