You dont lose weight fast, you lose it slowly over a period of 6 months, if you NEED to lose weight for a short term consider fasting for a week or 2 on either an all water or juice diet, I LOVE fasting it jumpstarts your metabolism if you do it right. Try the usual as well, pushups butterflys and sit on the couch or chair with your butt on the edge hands by your hips on the chair and go up and down on the couch like backwards pushups I cant think what they re called

Cheese. and stringbeans.Sauces: a little bit of A1, little bit of ketchup, you shouldnt eat honey mustard much, but you can have all the regular mustard you want though.Fried food: Don t eat much fried food because the breading has carbs.
