There really isn t anything fast about losing weight. Think about. Most people add weight over many years, It isn t going to come off over night. However, if you eat the right foods, exercise and take the right supplements, you should be able to lose 2 to 3 pounds a week until you are at your desired weight. If you want to lose weight the best thing you can do is eat really healthy food by trying to stay away from any junk food, encluding:(chocolates,chips,candy,and etc.).Also another good weigh to lose weight is to exercise daily, but don t over exercise. In order to do that you can go for walk weekly , go to any gym that s closest or nearest to you, or try any work out videos that best suit you.
There is no good way to lose 60 lbs fast. If you lose it slowly by changing your lifestyle, you ll keep it off. You could start by walking 30 min a day- since it s been so nice out, that s fun! You could also swim, which is very easy on your joints and doesn t really feel like exercise either. I don t know what your diet is like, but if you drink a lot of soda, cutting that out will help a lot too. You could drink flavored seltzer water (just make sure there s no sugar or aritificial sweeteners), which is not as boring as water. Cutting out fast food will help drop weight too, if you eat that more than like twice a year :) Good luck!
Um thats a lot of weight to lose. I am a sports nutritionist myself.Don t try and lose more than a pound a 1/2 week. You will lose all of your muscle mass and it will be very very very bad for you.Trust me that is a really bad idea to do on your own. You need to talk to a doctor and come up with a plan. There is no way you can lose 60 pounds on your own. Also various supplements may also help you lose weight. But they will not help you lose that much weight.Remember there is no magic pill and anything that is too good to be true probably is!IM me if you have any questions. I help you figure it out.
when trying to lose alot of weight, its best if it comes of slowly. Then it will for sure stay off. If you don t really like any exercising, just make yourself start walking. You will probley start actually enjoying it. After a couple weeks you will build up your stamina and start walking faster and challenge yourself on hills. Then you might even like running when you start seeing results. Running feels great to me now.
There s no real fast way to lose 60lbs or any amount of weight the healthy way. If you don t like running...try jogging or fast pace walking or bike riding instead. All will differ in the amount of calories you burn but it s better to do something then nothing at all. Good luck hun!
um...a tip- jump ropping is much easier than running and you burn the same amount of calories in half the time, so 2 minutes of jumping rope is equivilant to 4 minutes or runningand swimming is fun because you work every muscle and it is easier on joints, plus you can t feel it when your sweating and you are constantly cooled off in the water
60 pounds is a lot if you want to lose that much then you must be huge and by the way laziness wont help you lose that get up and run to lose something also try sit ups and maybe if you really want to lose that go see a doctor and ask about liposuction
