Its actually healthier to eat fruits and veggies, then exercise:)If you don t eat enough you will become sickly and more prone to illness.eat healthy and exercise, its the best way, and you will feel great.
I m gonna make some rules for you:rule 1: stop counting caloriesrule 2: enjoy liferule 3: stop trying to starve yourself to death, to maintain a healthy weight you need atleast 1200 calories a day. be healthy but don t be silly about it.
THAT IS NOT ENOUGH! You need atleast 1500 - 2000 calories a DAY! you will NOT eat enough!
