This is the famous Scarsdale Diet (losing weight) based on chemical reactions rather than on quantities of foods. You should be able to maintain normal energy levels while losing up to 20 pounds in 14 days. This diet is not recommended for cardiac patients, and no one should stay on it for more than 14 days at a time for losing weight. Use lean meat only. Prepare all foods without oil or mayonnaise. There is no such thing as Fast Weight Loss. It didn t get there fast, and it won t come off fast. If you want to lose weight, start controlling your portion size. Replace Soda with Water, eat vegetables in 1 cup amounts, an apple before lunch, and an apple before dinner. 1/2 cup of starch/or 1/2 baked potato. Simple portion adjustments will make you drop weight.
It is possible to do so, if you wish to feel weak, sick and stressed. It isn t impossible, but it isn t very healthy to rapidly loose so much weight that fast. Do you have a reason to do so?
