you need to cut out white flour carbs, cut out white bread as well.. reduce your sugar intake, and saturated fatsyou need to eat morewhole wheat/brown breadoatmealvegetablesfruitssaladsyou need more protein sourcessalmontunabeefchickenwhey proteinexercise.. join a gym, go 3 - 4 times a week..... lift weights for 40 - 60 mins.. and do cardio for 30 mins on a bike or elipitlca machine...do ab work everyother day for 5 mins
