So whatever to that guy who said that.Anyway, the fastest way to lose weight would be to put yourself on a strict liquid diet. I mean literally everything you eat will have to be a drink of some sort, like a healthy fruit smoothie, or a vegetable drink. But you have to ask yourself, how healthy is this? Sure it d be ideal to shed a couple pounds in a week but last I checked that wasn t very good for you. The best way is to totally cut out sugars and anything fattening, like fast foods. In other words, do it the old fashioned way, diet and exercise .Good luck!
