A few years ago my doctor prescribed an appetite suppressant, and I lost tons of weight. I also gained it right back plus 20 more. Being on those pills taught me nothing. I finally took control of my life last May. Since last spring I have changed my eating habits and have begun an exercise program. I have lost 58 lbs. and gone down 5 sizes. For me this has become my new life. I still have another 40 to go!

I don t know about all these drugs. I think you have to do more and eat less. The old fashoned way diet and exercise. That stuff gives you the crazies. Hard exercise at least 3 times per week will have better benefits than any suppliment. I have found that my mood is better with exercise, my metabolism has straitened out on its own and coincidently I eat less. I work out very hard 3 or 4 times a week for 2 hours at a time. I tell you its worth all the effort I couldn t go a week without my work outs!
