6 days are surely not enough to lose weigt. But, eat only fruits and salads in these days. The best way to present yourself at BEST at the party is to boost your morale and let yourself accept your weight and attitude. The best people are not the ones with perfect body, but the ones with perfect attitude. With the change in your perception, you will enjoy the party at best! Develop a good sense of humor (believe me, it works!)!Happiness is not what people make you feel, but what you make yourself feel! I am too fat as well....but I am happy, successful and the best part of me is that i have a good sense of humor that makes people enjoy my company. i know everyone here says not eating isn t healthy blah blah but fasting for about 3 days never killed anyone. i would eat light the first three days out of the 6 you have left. eat things like yogurt and nuts and protein shakes and do a light workout (nothing too complicated or extreme) and the last 3 days don t eat almost anything try eating things like sugarfree gelatin or sugar free pudding and drink plenty or water and juice a couple times during the day but don t execise on the last 3 days. you should lose 2-3 or maybe even 4 pounds (depends on person to person). ps: watch what you eat when you re actually at the party though (or when you get home that day) don t over do it. ease back into eating normally. just a light snack and a drink or something healthy. then the next day gradually increase what you eat again until you get back to how you normally eat.
6 days isnt long enough to make any drastic changes in your weight, but try to eat healthy- lots of fruits and vegetables- and excersize. you can go running to help your thighs and i guess sit-ups to help your stomach. but even if it doesnt work in 6 days, keep doing this and you will probably look alot better by the summer. good luck!

You should have thought about that a lot earlier then now. You can not lose that much weight in 6 days unless you do an extra diet or have surgery.
