Don t starve yourself (dont go under 1200 calories) find out your daily requirement calories. Subtract 500 calories and you will lose a pound in a week, subtract 1000 and you ll lose 2 pounds, and so on. I wouldnt reccomend going beyond 3 pounds a week. You can subtract calories by either having less food or doing more exercise. Cardio is the best calorie burner.Eat balenced meals throughout the day.
1000 calories a day, drink 6 12 oz glasses of water a day, walk 5 miles a day on the tread mill and do 3 sets of 50 sit ups.
Do cardio 3 times a week, eat less (try 1500 calories intake per day and try to burn more than that the same day), and drink plenty of water.
