Find something you enjoy that keeps you active most days of the week. Or take up light jogging or brisk walking. Also, you might want to decrease your Calorie intake to 1800 or so. And that means more fruits and veggies, and less fatty / salty / sugary foods like burgers, fries and soda.

First off if you try and lose it fast its most often will come back and then some... I suggest losing it gradually. So far I have lost 32 pounds and still going strong. Here s what I do:Most everything I eat is low fat, fat free, and i drink diet soda. I m not saying that s all I eat cuz believe me I can put away some cookies (they are my weakness). The key is not going over your 1500 cals a day. Now you don t have to calorie count, cuz that will just frustrate you. Just eat healthy. (i.e. most of what i eat in low in cals, so at the eat of the day I m no where my 1500 cals, which means ill lose pounds)The key is to eat many many times a day. I eat like, 6 or 7 times a day. And make sure you eat till your full. In doing this each time you eat you get fuller faster, in turn eating less. Drink lots of water and orange juice. Snack on oranges, apples, wheat thins and fat free cheese, 97% fat free popcorn etc.I can go on for days so ill stop, lol.... GOOD LUCK!!!
Diet and Exercise. I know cutting back soda is a big help. Also try cutting down on snacks and if you have them get the 100 calorie snacks or opt for fruit instead.
