There never really is a fast way of losing weight. Losing weight takes time and does not come with a snap of your fingers. Depending on your height, weight, gender and genetics, these all could play a factor into how long it will take to lose the weight. I would suggest going to the gym 4 days a week (45 -60 min) and eating 6 healthy meals (2000 calories) a day. Make sure you stay away from high sodium and high saturataed fatty foods. Replace those burgers with a nice peice of chicken or salmon and those fries with some good whole wheat rice or vegetables. Make sure you have an adequete amount of water intake because this is what is going to be the biggest key in losing weight. Water speeds up metabolism and helps in rebuilding muscular tissue after workouts.Eating a gram of protien per pound of body weight is another huge key in losing the weight and building muscle in replace of that fat. Protien is a key source in your weight loss program, so invest in some hardy chicken breasts at the grocery store and eat one of those a day. Keep focused and make sure you get someone to encourage your weight loss along the way. In a couple of months you will start to see the results and will feel great. Good Luck.
um diets arent right for you, just eat really healthy and i bet you ll loose some weight. good luck

There is no quick way to do almost anything. Change your eating habits and exercise regularly. Something that has worked for me is that I do not eat after 4:00 PM. I have my biggest meal at noon and a snack at four. I drink LOTS of water and sleep regular hours, too.
