Limit your carbs to a minimum. That means cutting out breads, pasta and all sugars. No donuts, ice cream, hamburgers (eat without the bun is OK), candy bars and so on. You can check the nutrition label for the carbs. You can eat any unprocessed meats, eggs, veggies but stay away from bananas, oranges and fruit juices which are loaded with sugars. Strawberries and blueberries are good.Basically this is like an Atkins type diet which you can google for more info. Remember Splenda sweetener is your friend!I lost 8+lbs a week doing this with NO exercise.
