How can I lose weight fast?!!? -

i dont want to be anorexic....well kind of just to get some weight off, like eat less, i am going to eat, just not as much as i did before, and uhm, can you lose weight by having a tablespoon of vinegar everyday??...lol i was told, but if i do become somewhat anorexic. how can there be a healthy way of becoming that.?...lol...i heard that if you dont eat, just drink water, or uhm, like yeahh...lol

It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
