How to lose weight fast and easy?(please read add. details)? -

I m a highschool student and I have almost all of my classes in ap and i don t have time to g to the gym.I m 15 and I weigh 120 and I m tred of looking chubby.Is there an easy way that i can lose weight that fits in my busy schedule at school.Like easy to prepare weight loss meals and easy exercises.

Then have a nice, healthy lunch. A few hours later, have some nuts or a yogurt cup. Then, have dinner. Before bed, maybe have some cut up vegetables. So many people make the mistake of starving themselves, and they never shed a pound.
