I am also a vegetarian and eat very little but can never loose weight too. a daily food routine i would suggest:breakfast- piece of fruit.lunch- 6 pieces of medium lettuce, 1 medium tomato and 1inch of cucumber.dinner - Eat one of the following on different days:Pasta with a sauce./ Spagetti with and tomato sauce./tomato soup with crusty bread.by the way if you skip meals you will starve yourself when you do eat it is stored as fat instead of being used for enegy and so on. 3 rules:1) Drink at least 6 glases of water a day to flush out the bad things.2) Never add salt to anything and try to eat low salt things, as salt clings onto fat.3) never skip meals.

um well for some people when u get to a certain weight which is usually your normal weight your body wont lose anymore the only way to is to like excercise really hard everyday or not eat at all then u would be anorexic if u cant lose weight by eating less and excercising regularly over a long period that is then your body is where it is suppose to be if u go any less u have to risk your health to get smaller which is dangerous

well eating meat is good for you it helps you grow and which would make you taller so you would thin out! there is a yogurt that helps you lose stomach fat i think or maybe even something like jenny creage and i saw something on tv called like the circle ab pro and it said that if you do three minutes of it, it would be = to 100 crunches!!! it looked easy too!
