How to lose weight in a healthy way without taking pills, and is able to lose around 5 kg within 1 month? Thx. -

i think losing weight can be done by changing your lifestyle.1.try to eat fruits and vegetables.2.stay away from saturated and very sweet food.3.stay away from soft drinks(i mean pepsi and coca cola and every drink with bubles).4.gain halthy habbits by walking instead of moving by buses and cars.5.get motivated by watching tv programs ex.oprah.6.if you do these advices for 3 weeks it will stick with you till the rest of your life.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than 3 times a day. Nothing in between other than water. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in ur diet. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body system to generate hunger/fullness signals and obey such signals.Take regulary, preferably twice a day, light exercises and brisk walks.U will achieve what u never even dreamt.
