I WILL NOT EAT ANY JUNK AT ALL FOR THE REST OF THIS WEEK. and then don t do it, and then follow a fitness chart. i have to do this one.10 min stretch10 curl ups.5 push ups.5 arm curls15 toe raises10 squat jumps. and one cardio activity like jogging around the block for at least 20 minutes.thats what i do, it really helps. don t think that if you go a whole week without eating junk, that next week u can have whatever you want. i ve learned that thats not how a diet works. good luck![:
