What is the best way to gain weight and stay healthy? -

I am a super petite 13 1/2 year old. i am only 78pnds and i started puberty like a year ago. i am still not gaining weight. oh and i am active in dance. usually people ask how to LOSE weight but i wana know ho to gain it. please please please help me!!! (i would love love love to be 85 by this summer to kinda fill out a bathing suit)

I have the same problem... it is b-cuz u have 2 have more vitimins for ur body, and u have a fast matabolism...or however u spell it.. and also try to eat protein bars, and drink Boost..it helps.

Gaining fat is not the answer to gaining weight healthfully. building some muscle mass is the best way to fill out your body. Although you may not know it you may be malnourished. Wow! I wish that I was as skinny as you! Here are some tips on gaining some weight to fill out your swimsuit.Eat a lot of meat! It will give you muscle and help you put a little bit of weight on. Drink lots of milk to keep strong bones. Hey, i was really skin when i was ur age. Running will help u gain weight, muscle. your legs will gain muscle and become toned. Lift weights or do push ups and crunchs. Eat plenty of protein, chicken and egg are really good sources. They actually make a drink espically for help who need to gain weight its boost and there is another called ensure. Don t WORRY about gaining weight! Eat all natural foods like whole wheat, nuts, fruits, vegetables. Try and stay away from salty and sugary foods.As long as your eating right weight isn t an issue

Try adding healthy snacks to your diet, like protein smoothies with added nuts or peanut butter two extra snacks a day should help you get there, but avoid junk food as excess sugar is never a good idea
