How to lose weight fast?(plz help Im desperate)? -

First of all I know it s bad to go on crash diets and stuff and my doctor can lecture me about that later.I want to lose about 15 pounds in about 3 weeks(or less).Please only mature answers.

go to youtube and find a good exercise video, they work or go jogging often maybe at least three times a week, but that will take longer. Or try this: lie on ur back with palms flat on da floor at ur side. bend ur knees and tuck heels under ur butt. then use ur ab muscles to roll ur knees toward ur chest , lifting ur tailbone. do about 20 times each day.at least.
