If you re concerned with looking good. take up a sport. tennis, swimming, basketball, all of them will keep your body looking good. Not to mention it s a turn on for the guys who are already playing those sports when you join in. You don t really need to know those sports beforehand and the guys would be extremely pleased to help you learn. Bowling and golf are not included in that list. They don t really help you exercise very well.
