Will dropping meat from your diet help you lose weight faster? -

No, unless you overeat on meat. Lower the calories, especially from carbs and fats.

I actually typed a long email to someone which I believe will help you understand this better. I ll copy and paste it here...The One thing you need to know is.. Excess calories is what leads to weight loss.. When you eat more calories than you body needs in a day you it is stored in fat cells... Meat dosen t help... It s caloriesThe email....Your body needs different nutrients(proteins, vitamins, minerals, etc) to survive. Each one does something in your bodyThere are 3 major nutrients.. These are called macro-nutrients(macro = bigger) and they are the ones that contain calories1 gram of carbohydrates = 4 calories1 gram of protein = 4 calories1 gram of fat = 9 caloriesMicro-Nutrients(micro = smaller) which are vitamins and minerals do not contain calories.Ok now I know you don t care about this stuff... But I just wanted to show you were the total calories per a serving are coming from when you look at a box of food. Now to weight loss... Ok do you have your BMR? This is Basel Metabolic Rate, which is basically the calories your body burns sitting around. If you were in a comma this is how many calories your body would burn doing nothing. With this number we can set you up a calorie allowance that you can follow in order to lose weight. There are roughly 3,500 calories in one pound of fat.... So if your BMR is 1,500 and you do a deficit(subtract) of 500 calories from your daily diet then that will leave you eating 1,000 calories a day(1,500 - 500 = 1,000). Since your body needs 1,500 calories per day and you are only eating 1,000 that means the body has to get those calories from somewhere else. This place will be fat cells on your body. So 500x 7 = 3,500. One week(7 days) without exercise you were losing 500 calories per a day because you had a 500 calorie deficit. That is one pound a week without exercising(7days x 500 calories = 3,500(one pound of fat)). Do you see how this works? Just think if you were exercising too!!! -Now I don t want to make it sound like it is really this simple.. There is a lot of stuff which will happen like muscle loss, water loss, etc.. that will contribute to your weigh loss. So there is more to the above equation but this gives you a basic idea how weight loss works.

okay, yes dropping meat will help but the biggest part is exercise. you ned to burn those calories. as for the dropping of the meat, it will help. without meat your fat intake will drop significantly so you wont get fat, obviously. also, eat healthy carbs, your body burns carbs easily so eat them.i could go into more detailed but too tired. if you need more help just email.

depends on the amount of meat and the type of meat that you already eat. but unless you re like crazy on burgers or something like that, it wont really do much of a difference.limiting breads would probably be more effective - also cutting snacks from in between meals is very effectivebut also you need to exercise and balance pretty much all your meals

I recommend you my diet way. It works very well and easy. If you are very serious about losing weight. You should check this out diet right way. It will work for you if you do it right. I lost 20 pounds in 50 days with this way. You can find more info from link below.

Get treatment for food allergies. Some researchers believe that being overweight is the result of people craving foods that they are allergic to. For these people, weight loss is extremely difficult until they figure out what those trigger foods are and eliminate them from their diets.

Only if you are eating bad cuts of meat that have a lot of fat in them. You may find you will become low in nutrients if you do cut out all meat.Go for leaner cuts and grill/ bake meat.most lean cuts have a lot of protein in them and the body needs protein.

don t DROP anything at all go to the effing gym. limit the quantity if what you eat and work out some more.

Nope. My sister is a non-meat eater and she hasn t lost a pound.
