How to lose weight in 3 months? -

Im 13 years old and weigh about 170 lbs. I need to lose weight in 3 months 4 tops. Any ways to lose weight fast? pleaseee I really need to become healthy and lose all my fat. Plus i hate being fat it makes me feel awkward when im around skinny people. If theres any pills that help along the way please recommend them? Thanks! (:

eat mostly fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean meat (such as baked chicken), and take a multivitamin everyday. make sure your intake is between 1,300 and 1,500, and workout vigorously at least 5x/week. you should lose about 2 lbs a wekk (which is the healthy way to do it!). also, i don t think you can buy diet pills since you re a minor
