i jog for about 15 minutes in my apartment i live in a busy, loud downtown area and can t find any comfortable jogging shoes that fit my wide feet.. and i also do about 30 minutes of leg lifts and crunches or sit ups.drink a lot of ice water and eat mints in order to feel full also eat a lot fruit snacks like grapes, berries etconly eat lean stuff for lunch and dinner and walk a lot after eating so that you can walk it off after eating i always try to walk it off, i am trying lose more weight as well for breakfast eat malt o meal, oatmeal, or cream of wheat in order to feel full and to be able to not snack all day till lunch
Somehow losing weight fast just doesn t seem to go together without surgery........ First I would say that you need to get rid of the expectation to lose weight FAST because when you are dieting and exercising and the weight are not coming off, you ll just get frustrated and the next thing u know is heck with the diet........... I guess you can start by moderating your food to smaller portion since cutting out stuff you like out of the blue will be hard...........
