if you like peanut butter, combine that and lots of water and do a lot of walking
Exercise before you eat breakfast in the morning and again at night. No carbs for breakfast, just low fat proteins like egg whites and turkey bacon. Eat whole grain foods in small amounts, plenty of fruits and veggies. No potatoes, no white rice. Drink lots of water. Don t eat after 6 pm. If you must, fruits and veggies only.
