* Increase your physical activities. By even taking a brisk walk every day you are forcing your metabolism into overdrive. This will help your body to burn the fat that has been stored over the cold winter months as we feasted on the goodies during the holidays.* Although calorie counting is not the most enjoyable task we can do, it is important in losing weight. You should be burning more calories a day than you are consuming. This also will force your body to burn the stored fat in order to get the energy you need.* Fiber is an important part of a healthy diet. You need to make sure you are getting enough fiber every day. This will help your body to eliminate the waste in a timely fashion and decrease the need to store the foods as fat all over your thighs, belly, bum and legs.* Increase the amount of water you drink on a daily basis to about 10 12 oz. glasses a day. The more water you drink the better it is for your body. Your body will not only be flushing out some of the toxins but you will also be giving your metabolism a kick in the pants into high gear. This will help you to burn even more calories at a faster rate.* Eat healthier foods. Instead of snacking on that bag of cookies, go for some fruit or even fresh veggies. You can still have the sweets you desire, just make them healthier for you. Such as strawberries, blueberries and watermelon. These can often satisfy your sweet tooth without causing you to store unnecessary fats and sugars on your hips.If you combine all of these tips you will likely be able to shed those unwanted pounds in no time. However, you will need to continue on this path to a healthier lifestyle in order to keep the weight off. Of cause Exercise and eat less( this is what we have heard all of the time and it s hard.)lolPersonally, I try not to eat any snack or junk food during each meal ,but I have proper Breakfast and Lunch.Avoiding Dinner is a good way too. Think about it! you won t do anything after dinner but sleep which mean you won t burn.but if you find it is difficult, you can try fruit like apples and guavas. They contain high Vit.C and less Sugar.!!!!:)Btw, you can try L - Canitine too.I m not sure if you ve heard about it before but this helps you burn more in case you exercise!! and as far as i know it is safe.anyways, Dun Give up!!everything takes time!it took a while before you gain these extra pounds, so give yourself sometime to lose them :)hope this HELP

eat more fruits. cut back on the fried stuff. i would drink water.maybe run around your block for 30- 45 minutes a day.do some crunches.hope that helps!
