Im trying to lose weight fast and safe -

I am a 14 year oldturn ing 15 in a couple of months.5 9 i weigh 195.5 pounds.how can i lose weight fast and safe before school starts

Im 16 going 17. I just started becoming active everyday. You Im telling you man jog/walk everyday at the park, and lift some weights. I feel so good, I lost weight. I was always the dude who couldn t even run for 40 seconds without passing out..LOL, Now this whole summer ive been slowly gaining more endurance day by day. I can jog 1 hour straight without stopping. If I continue until september ends, im gonna be stonger thinner and all the girls are gonna be on my Nuts hard as hell...LOLIf Im going through it then so can you. :)GoodLuck man peace

Ok man, as a fitness freak, i ll you this... Weight loss and fruit... do not mix. Fast and safe is not an option by the way. Fruit has massive amounts of natural sugar, which equals belly fat. Diets are endless and inadequate ways of losing weight. Try this on: No sugar(soda, candy, minimize fruits) Sub all drinks for water, tea(sugarless with aspartame{does not cause cancer}) Make brown rice a science project... Add salsa, add olives, veggies, whatever... as long as the additive is as healthy as the main ingredient.Eat more!!! thats right... 6 small meals a day. i m in the same situation but i m 13 5 0 and 115 pounds.lol i just wanna get rid of my baby fat.people tellllll me i m fine but i don t think so hahaso my friend told me to make my portions smaller and eat lots of fruit and veggies, cut off snack foods and instead have fruit or nuts, and instead of regular soda have diet or water, its prettty easy and if you eat pretty bad then just changing what you eat can make you lose weight. its pretty simple oh and go for a walk everyday you don t have to do tooo much exercise that you feel like killing someone hahai am personally gonna just start that this week to get in shape before school lol all i wanna lose is 5 pounds.

A healthy way is the soup diet, all your allowed to eat it healthy soups and drink water. Make the soup any floavour you want just dont add much meat.

raw vegetables, drink plenty of water and eat ALOT of fruits. Thats the safest way. Exercise is sometime dangerous so yea but it helps too ;)

Walk one hour everyday. Eliminate junk food.
