Jog around your neighborhood for an hour or jump rope. It does miracles.2. Drink lots of water and get lots of protein. STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD AND FATTY FOODS. Just because a product has high protein doesn t mean it is necessarily good for you. It could have a lot of calories and fat. 3. Get plenty of sleep. Research has been done on weight loss and sleep and by combining good exercise with plenty of sleep, people have seen significant weight loss.Follow these three steps and you ll slim down a lot.
