1) Stay away from a lot of sugar and sodium. 2)Eat mainly fresh fruits and veggies. Plus limited lean meats (tuna, turkey, chicken).3)Before eating a meal, eat your salad first. 4)Eat slowly, it takes our bodies around 30 minutes to know that its full5)Drink 8 glasses of water each day.Jump rope it burns 90 calories every five minutes.-Junk food is my weakness, I just don t buy it so that I am not tempted. Its ok to have small portions of -not so healthy- foods occasionally.
Stick your finger down your throat after you eat..J/K DONT do that!!!
You could just not eat. try just drinking liquids, make sure you take vitamins to supplement
Try a calorie counter watch. When you can see the numbers it makes a huge differenceYou may just need a new way of looking at it.You take 3,500 plus your intake..Normal is 1,200 when on a diet.So you have to burn 4,700 a day to burn one pound. Its really easy to do when you can see your goal in numbers. You find yourself shaking your bootie to some music while cooking dinner or waving your arms while watching tv to make sure your numbers are still counting. When you can see what it takes to make your number goal you will have a better idea of what it takes to loose a pounds. And it makes everything seem so easy. You can pick up an inexpensive one off an online auction or a sports store.Good Luck
Girl, some may disagree with this but, TrimSpa and water water water. And more water. And TrimSpa. It will work.
The best exercise to loose weight fast are push-offs (that is, when you push yourself FROM the table and eat less than what you think you need). The reason being:The metabolism only signals the brain that it had enough to eat after it has digested, at least partially, enough food that it calculates as being sufficient to maintain you till next meal. The problem is, this signal is given usually 10 to 15 min after you ate the last spoonful that will satisfy your needs. Everything else you eat in these 10-15 min will be extra and will pile up as body fat!!That said. Now that you know how NOT to pile any extras, the second step is to practice a low level cardio everyday (start with 20 to 30 min a day depending on your level of fitness, then increase to 40 to 60 min, at a rate of about 10 % per week, not more.) This will help you burn the extras you already piled up.Good cardio exercises are: fast walks, elliptical machine, rowing, swimming, jogging, biking etc..You can pick a couple or more of them for variety sake. The less a group of muscles get used to an exercise the better, this way they won t be too efficient in doing it (and non-efficiency means burning more energy for the same amount of work-out, just what you need!).Besides cardio exercises, make sure you do some strength training also (buiding of muscle strengh, you don t need to bulk up). This way you will loose fat while you are sleeping, that is what strong muscles do to survive: burn fat (unless you eat too many carbs, in which case it will burn first the carbs, than, after all is gone, the fat.....)Good luck with your program.
im not so sure about using one of those diet things u see on commercials, but as far as i know, eating healthy and exercising is the best and healthiest way to lose weight and be fit. get rid of the unhealthy chips, cookies, and NO soda!!
I lost 20 lbs in 1 1/2 month by drinking water, changing my diet and i did Tae bo for an hour 6 days a week.
The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to make a lifestyle change of healthy eathing and regular exercise. Period. If you do a fad diet to shed a few pounds fast, you will most likely gain it plus extra back.
