Your question is kinda silly. There are alot of things that determine weight loss...How much weight are you looking to lose? Most people can t lose weight fast. Its a battle everyday to stay focused and concentrate on yourself, not eat junk food and workout. If losing weight was easy and could happen quickly without dieting, no one would be obese in this country!
