I bet you would, but unfortunately this day in age people are very misinformed about weight loss and the method that gives the best results is also most unusual because again it requires that you eat more food. There really is no HEALTHY way to lose weight quickly. Change your eating habits, eat less, exercise more. Drink water, studies show that it speeds up your metabolism. Take Green Tea pills (this too speeds up your metabolism). Pick an exercise you enjoy. I lost 40lbs on a stationary bike. Work out at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Heck, get DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) if you have a PS2. 25 minutes of work and I m sweating pretty good. Eat out less, cut your intake of saturated fat to next to null. Eat naturally sweetened food (apples, bananas, etc.) over cake and other man made snacks and candy. Eliminate eating out unless you choose a leaner food (fish, chicken, leafy green salads, etc.)
