First off... Working out 7 days a week is too much! Even pro s take a day off. You should have one day of rest in between your workouts. If you are that dedicated now, cut back to 3-4 days a week and just work a little bit harder.
If your doing alot of cardio then it sounds like your doing everything right...i know as a wrestler we have to try to eat four meals during the week that are really small and healthy...its probably all metabolism that you want to try and speed up. Once your metabolism speeds up weight sheds like nothing.
eat smaller meals. More times a day. Try walking outside. Walking outside is better than inside. Make sure you drink tons of water. And take deep breathe all the time. It well make your blood circulate better.
Change your metabolism. Eat less quantity, but with more frequency. And if you re still eating diet foods with artificial sugar and the like, cut those out. Go natural if you can.
You can have weigh loss pills and do some training.
Most people will tell you not to, but start a regime of weight loss pills. For the most part, these will increase your metabolism and if you eat healthier and less, you ll obviously loose weight. I either use Hoodia, Trimspa or Hydroxy.I don t know if this will work for you, but it s worked for me on loosing weight......past years I ve lost 20-25 lbs in a month to 6 weeks. Instead of hitting it 7 days a week for about an hour each day......spread it out a little more, say only working out 3-4 days a week. Your body needs rest to rebuild. When doing this, and if your goal is solely to loose weight, instead of working out for an hour on different things, hit cardio activities for an hour and a half to two hours, and hard. Riding a bike at app. 12 mph will burn you 35-40 calories per mile.....ride 20 miles and you have a great cardio workout. I started kickboxing....hell at first but once my body adjusted it s a killer workout. An hour straight will burn you around 900 calories....but it will kill you. I started out working out for 45 minutes to an hour almost every day, but it wasn t working too good, so that s why I changed my schedule and hit some harder things.Sounds like your eating is good too....might eat more and more fruits, less everything else. That s something else that works for me. Good luck man!

Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb,(maybe you need less) 25% protein.this will prevent cravings too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Lose a kilo a week. that is permanent loss. pick an exercise regime you like. get a pedometer and take 10,000 steps everyday. try trampoline. 5 min on a tramp = 30 min on a treadmill.
